Can't connect?
Some carriers in Central and North America are blocking access to Prodefy. Here's how to keep playing today.
What's happening
Some mobile carriers in the region are temporarily blocking traffic to our servers — the same thing happens with other international apps. We've detected it mainly in:
- Honduras
- El Salvador
- Guatemala
- Nicaragua
- Mexico
- United States (some cases)
and other countries in the region.
It's not a problem with your app, your account, or your phone. It's a block at the carrier level that affects other platforms too.
Quick fix: WARP 1.1.1.1 (free, 1 minute)
WARP is a free app from Cloudflare that routes your traffic securely and bypasses these blocks. It's not a traditional VPN: it's faster, simpler, and requires no registration or account.
How to install:
- Open App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android)
- Search for "1.1.1.1: Faster Internet" by Cloudflare
- Install and open it
- Tap the big switch in the center to turn it on
- Reopen Prodefy
Alternative: traditional VPN
Any serious VPN also works:
- NordVPN, ExpressVPN, ProtonVPN (paid)
- Proton VPN Free (free with quota)
- Built-in browser VPNs like Opera or Edge (web browsing only)
Connect to a server in Mexico, Colombia, Chile or the US, then reopen Prodefy.
How do I verify it's working?
- Close Prodefy completely
- Activate WARP or your VPN
- Open Prodefy again
- Try saving a prediction or changing your nickname
- If it saves without an error, you're in
Help us: report it to your carrier
Call your mobile carrier's customer service and report that you can't access prodefy.co or the Prodefy app. The complaint goes directly to the carrier — the more users that report it, the faster they remove the block.
This is the most effective way to push for a real fix in your country.
And in the long run?
We're working to remove these blocks. In the meantime, WARP is the fastest and free way to keep playing.
